Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks an Overseas Supply Chain Quality Manager to ensure on-time delivery and quality of cabin equipment across US and Europe suppliers. You will lead supplier quality initiatives and coordinate with internal customers to mitigate supply chain risks.

The role requires 6–8 years in procurement operations (aerospace preferred), a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% to domestic and international sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar field.
• Required: 6–8 years in procurement operations or similar; aerospace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at supplier site or Airbus office at least 3 days per week.
• Ensure maturity and robustness of cabin supplier manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and conduct audits and corrective actions.
• Manage industrial risks and support design changes from an industrial perspective.
