Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Manager 1 Supply Chain Programs to join our team in Dulles, VA. This onsite role operates under a 9/80 schedule with no relocation provided.

You will plan and execute the supply chain strategy for a program or portfolio, coordinate with Subcontracts, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations, and brief PMO and executives on cost and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of supply chain, program management, procurement, or closely related experience.
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end material strategy and supply chain plans for assigned Development and Production Programs.
• Serve as the primary supply chain focal point for PMOs, ensuring all commitments are met across functions.
• Monitor and manage subcontract execution against SOW requirements, milestones, and Baselines.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans to address supplier-related challenges.
• Manage financial forecasting and cost tracking for materials and subcontracts.
• Provide technical and analytical support to subcontract negotiations.
