Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to manage tactical sourcing and supplier relationships for assigned product categories. The role supports Marketing, Sales, and Operations by driving cost reductions, inventory control, and supplier performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in strategic sourcing, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient with SAP and purchasing reports.

Responsabilités

• Understand supplier products and processes to address quality and service issues.
• Lead negotiations to optimize total cost and terms for assigned suppliers/categories.
• Monitor raw material market trends and develop category knowledge.
• Develop supplier relations and performance evaluations with internal stakeholders.
• Support supplier quality improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional product engineering teams for new products.
