Job summary

Life360 is seeking an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator to own the day-to-day operations of our global equity programs, including options, RSUs, and ESPPs. You will redesign processes for scale, develop communications, and educate employees about equity programs.

Ideal candidates have extensive US public-company equity experience and thrive under tight reporting deadlines in a fast-moving environment. This remote-first role offers strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of stock administration experience at a U.S. public company.
• Experience building scalable stock programs including ESPP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-audit data integrity.
• Experience automating manual work or improving process efficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evolve the global equity compensation program.
• Process option exercises and RSU vesting releases.
• Manage the capitalization table and reconcile records.
• Maintain equity data accuracy in Fidelity.
• Deliver education materials and trainings on equity programs.
• Prepare executive compensation and ownership tables for proxy statements.
