Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Global Stock Plan Administrator Contractor to join the Accounting team in San Jose, CA.

You will maintain equity administration systems, process transactions, manage global grants, and support month-/quarter-/year-end accounting and reporting with high accuracy and confidentiality. The role requires 8+ years in global equity programs, advanced Excel, and experience with Equity Edge Online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years administering global equity compensation programs including stock options and RSUs.
• Experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO) is required; Merrill Lynch platforms a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data analysis, reconciliations and complex spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of stock-based compensation accounting and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of Equity Edge Online and Merrill Lynch databases.
• Administer global equity transactions including options and RSUs, vesting and releases.
• Coordinate quarterly equity grants with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare electronic equity award agreements for all grants.
• Perform monthly/quarterly/year-end reconciliations of equity records.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules for stock-based compensation.
• Assist with SEC Forms 3/4/5 for Section 16 insiders.
• Support equity disclosures for Form 10-Q/10-K and proxy statements.
• Provide NQ/ISO/RSU tax reports to Payroll.
• Generate reports from Equity Edge Online for various partners.
• Coordinate with transfer agent for DWAC settlements.
• Deliver responsive service to employees and executives globally.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, vendors, brokers and auditors.
• Support audits with documentation and reviews.
• Identify process improvements and internal control enhancements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
