Job summary

General Motors LLC is seeking a logistics purchasing/contract professional to execute deliverables supporting logistics objectives. You will negotiate contracts for returnable containers and assist in supplier management to meet GM's business goals.

The role requires strong data analysis, cross-functional communication, and the ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Hybrid work arrangement and adherence to GM values are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or related fields.
• Data judgement and ability to analyze data to draw conclusions.
• Clear, timely communication to the right audience.
• Builds and maintains constructive supplier relationships.
• Negotiation to reach meaningful agreements.
• Analytical thinking for complex decision making.
