Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Senior Global Sourcing Manager for Composites (Raw Materials) to lead commodity strategies, supplier partnerships, and end-to-end supply chain quality at the right cost. This role partners with Engineering and CM teams to influence specs and manage TCO-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include leading RFx processes, supplier continuity, risk management, and negotiations to secure critical composites and raw materials for advanced defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to supply chain, engineering, or materials.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for composite raw materials.
• End-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts at the right cost.
• Lead RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and strategic sourcing for composites and raw materials.
• Negotiate terms and manage supplier relationships to ensure continuity and performance.
• Influence design specs with Engineering and Contract Manufacturers.
• Perform cost analyses and data-driven decision making based on total cost of ownership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
