Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Sheet Metal to lead metals commodities and secure components across products. You will establish supplier partnerships, negotiate terms, and drive cost, quality, and supply chain resilience with cross-functional teams.

You will manage RFx processes, influence technical design specs, and own supplier performance throughout the product lifecycle, with travel up to 50% and on-site relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of raw metals, and/or sourcing engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to relocate to onsite Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for sheet metal, focusing on cost reduction and supply chain resilience.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Own supplier relationships and continuity of supply; negotiate terms and price.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence design specs and manufacturing requirements.
• Perform cost analysis and data-driven decisions using total cost of ownership.
