Job summary

T1 Energy is seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer to own global solar cell and module supply relationships, contract strategy, and risk management from its Wilmer, Texas facility. You’ll handle multi-million dollar portfolios, negotiate with international Tier-1 suppliers, and design resilient supply chain architectures in a fast-moving trade environment.

You’ll lead RFQ processes, draft MSAs, and develop TCO models while collaborating with engineering, legal, and finance teams to align production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-8+ years in solar or large-scale energy procurement with high-value portfolios.
• Experience drafting and finalizing multi-million dollar agreements with international Tier-1s.
• Strong knowledge of global solar supply chains, clean energy tax credits, and import/export rules.
• Mastery of ERP environments, advanced MRP logic, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume RFQ processes and negotiate MSAs, pricing, and warranties.
• Design supply chain architectures to manage tariffs and UFLPA-related risk.
• Build TCO models tracking polysilicon pricing, localization, and freight trends.
• Apply TOPCon module knowledge to inform sourcing strategies and risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and project managers across schedules.
