You will build strategic supplier relationships, manage complex negotiations, and implement cost-reduction programs while safeguarding supply across all sites. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualificações

• BS/BA degree plus 5+ years in a related field or 8+ years in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operational purchasing processes and concepts.
• ISM and APICS Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as global supply management leader for assigned categories.
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to achieve cost, supply assurance and risk mitigation.
• Lead commercial negotiations with managed supply partners.
• Coordinate aggregation of all site demand for supplier forecasting and cost leverage.
• Proactively manage supplier base to protect factory ramp plans.
• Drive continuous improvement using benchmarking methods and COO/cost build-up analyses.
