Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a global security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams. The role emphasizes managing vulnerability lifecycles, cloud security, and scalable Agile practices in regulated environments.

You will coordinate across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods, driving milestones, governance, and executive reporting while ensuring timely remediation and strong security posture.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong leadership and communication; capable of guiding global teams independently.
• 5+ years directing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
• Deep understanding of security architecture and SCPM controls.
• Extensive experience with vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation.
• Cloud-agnostic experience across AWS, Azure and GCP; no platform preference.
• Expertise applying scaled Agile in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 delivery across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods with Agile ceremonies.
• Milestone tracking from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Drive short 3–4 week cycles and align cross-functional deliverables.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve technical program blockers and bottlenecks.
• Lead remediation efforts for vulnerabilities and config gaps with engineering teams.
• Provide executive visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with security controls in heavily regulated environments.
