Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; capable of guiding global cross‑functional teams.
• 5+ years managing complex, multi‑region enterprise IT programs.
• Deep security architecture knowledge and SCPM controls.
• Vulnerability Management Lifecycles experience with remediation.
• Cloud‑agnostic experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with no platform preference.
• Expert in scaled Agile frameworks within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24x7 delivery across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless execution.
• Track milestones from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Drive stakeholder expectations and align deliverables on 3–4 week cycles.
• Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot program blockers and dependencies.
• Lead remediation efforts for vulnerabilities and configuration gaps with engineering.
• Provide executive visibility into velocity, budget burn‑down, and milestones.
• Maintain security controls alignment and governance in heavily regulated environments.
