Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program.

You will lead distributed teams across the USA, EU, LatAm, and India, coordinating with engineering to close vulnerabilities while aligning with governance standards and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years managing large, multi-region IT programs, deep security architecture knowledge, and expert Jira and Agile practices in regulated

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US (no visa sponsorship)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs
• Deep understanding of security architecture and SCPM controls
• Extensive experience with Vulnerability Management Lifecycles and remediation
• Cloud-agnostic experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Expertise applying scaled Agile frameworks in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams
• Manage project timelines, dependencies and Agile ceremonies across multiple regions
• Track milestones from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation
• Drive stakeholder expectations and align deliverables on short horizons (3–4 weeks)
• Proactively lead remediation efforts with engineering to close vulnerabilities
• Provide executive visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion
• Ensure governance frameworks and controls meet in heavily regulated enterprise environments
