Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Significant law firm experience and in-house investment experience is a strong plus.
• Substantive knowledge of securities laws and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment team on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across a global asset portfolio.
• Negotiate documentation and manage broker/counterparty relationships for trading activity.
• Monitor MNPI, governance matters, and regulatory developments across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with legal, investment, operations, tax, and accounting teams to develop solutions.
• Design and improve internal tools, processes, and reference materials for monitoring.
