Uber is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate in New York, NY to own the execution and continuous improvement of incentive plans in Xactly for Delivery. You will become the resident expert on incentive plans, manage data, and partner with Sales Ops, IT Engineering, and payroll to drive efficient processes and accurate compensation.

You’ll contribute to expanding incentive plans to new populations, ensuring timely payouts and robust governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance or a related field in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience driving governance across complex sales org.
• Experience with Xactly or a similar Compensation Administration system.

Aufgaben

• Develop and calculate sales incentive plans using Xactly.
• Administer quarterly incentive plans with stakeholders for accurate calculations and payouts.
• Support local sales teams with inquiries on commissions, access, disputes, credits and payments.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, People Ops and Payroll on hires, terminations and transfers; set up new hires per plan policies.
• Maintain hierarchy, plan components and eligibility of payments.
• Audit commission statements before payment releases to ensure data accuracy.
• Compile quarterly commission reporting for leadership review and plan effectiveness.
