Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Head of Real Estate, Americas to shape real estate strategy and portfolio management across the Americas. You will partner with senior leaders and real estate service providers to optimize the footprint, support growth, and drive value across a diverse leased portfolio.

You will lead negotiations, develop governance, and mentor a team while balancing strategic planning with operational execution in a hybrid environment.English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial or corporate real estate.
• Experience across multi-country real estate portfolios and lease negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate strategy and execution across the Americas region.
• Manage relationships with external real estate partners and brokers.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, expansions, and site exits.
• Develop and implement long-term real estate portfolio strategies.
• Identify occupancy-cost optimization opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and executives on decisions.
