Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-team and cross-org initiatives transforming how promotions are shown to customers. You will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver a unified global promotions CX roadmap and drive operational excellence across programs.

You will manage complex, high-visibility projects, unblock critical workstreams, and communicate progress to senior leadership with strong written and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work across Engineering, Product, Business, Legal, and Finance to capture and translate requirements into an actionable delivery roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-org projects, dependencies, and risks, and make appropriate tradeoffs weighing value vs time to market.
• Own regular, proactive, and clear communication mechanisms to keep senior leadership and stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, timelines, and high judgement decisions.
• Lead effective and efficient delivery of large, complex customer-facing projects.
