Job summary

Harri seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive expansion and refurbishment across a luxury hospitality portfolio. You will support the Head of Development in delivery, CapEx strategy, and real estate evaluation for global venues.

You’ll coordinate design teams and contractors, maintain brand standards, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet schedule and quality targets. This role requires strong leadership and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fast-track commercial design, construction, development and/or hospitality project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field; experience may substitute.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects with budgets of $5m–$20m+.
• Construction admin experience on restaurants, hospitality or luxury retail.
• Ability to read contracts and contractual documents.
• Strong negotiation and client-relations skills; deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; interface with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes; willingness to travel.
• Confidentiality and discretion in project handling.
• International or luxury hospitality design experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, development, and admin lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects.
• Build schedules, milestones, and risk logs; maintain project health.
• Lead design teams and coordinate with legal, construction, and brand teams.
• Present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee budget, cashflow, and value engineering across portfolio.
• Plan and coordinate project planning, permits, bidding, and construction admin.
• Resolve RFIs, field issues, and submittals; ensure design conformance.
• Negotiate change orders and supplier contracts; track documentation.
• Support site evaluations, due diligence, and lease implications.
• Ensure governance of quality standards and brand design.
