Parexel is seeking a Project Leader or Senior Project Leader to lead global clinical trials from a remote US location. You will drive cross-functional teams, define project requirements, develop plans, and manage timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality studies for diverse therapeutic areas.

Successful candidates bring 2+ years in global trial leadership within CRO/Biotech/Pharma, strong scheduling and budget skills, and a commitment to patient-focused outcomes.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO, Biotech or Pharma company.
• Experience in project scheduling, managing resources and budgets.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Senior roles require additional years of experience (SPM/Director level).

• Drive on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality.
