Job summary

Lilly is seeking a senior Project Controls lead to drive capital project controls for large manufacturing programs worldwide. You will partner with Lilly and external teams, delivering asset capability with safety, cost, schedule and quality as core goals.

Experience in project controls, finance concepts, and leadership is essential, with a readiness to travel or relocate as required. The role is based in the United States with potential for global assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project Control Management: lead teams to deliver large capital programs of $500MM USD or more with safety, cost, schedule and quality.
• Serve as independent lead for project controls and ensure compliance with standard processes.
• Manage baselines, resources, contracts, change control and risk on major projects.
• Lead and train project control teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure proper application of Lilly finance policies on capital projects.
