Job summary

Valeo North America Inc. in Michigan seeks an Applications Senior Technical Program Leader to deliver on time technical outcomes, manage R&D budgets, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams in automotive electrification.

You will act as the first technical contact, interface with customers, lead design reviews, monitor schedules and costs, and ensure compliance with PDP/CPM/ASPICE. This is a full-time role within our Site R&D organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in complex product/project development within automotive electrification.
• Experience with power conversion and embedded software.
• Familiarity with APQP product development cycle.
• Strong organizational, PM and leadership skills.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline R&D teams to meet milestones and budget.
• Coordinate customer interfaces and cascade requirements across teams.
• Attend and chair design reviews and engineering gates.
• Monitor R&D hours and costs and report progress to PM/R&D Manager.
