Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Site/P1 Senior Projects Manager to drive complex automotive projects from planning through delivery. You will ensure performance against Quality, Cost, Profitability, and Timing while coordinating system-wide project launches to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes budget management, resource alignment, and stakeholder leadership across P1/P2 activities. A strong background in vehicle electronics and embedded systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 5-7 years knowledge of automotive development.
• Development Standards knowledge (V cycle).
• Financial skills on development costs, product costs and manufacturing costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage operationally and functionally the Projects assigned.
• Achieve project KPI in profitability, quality and Production Preparation.
• Secure project resources and control them.
• Escalate gaps and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Define and manage project scope and budget within the program-system.
• Prepare contract approvals and investment requests as needed.
• Lead project teams to meet milestones and governance reviews.
