Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a procurement professional to support the acquisition of commercial goods and professional services. You will create and process purchase orders following established policies and monitor costs and vendor performance to ensure timely receipt.

You will coordinate procurement activities across departments and contribute to efficiency and sustainability initiatives. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in digital procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of procurement experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with digital procurement systems and process automation is a plus.
• Experience contracting with vendors classified as individuals/consultants.

Responsibilities

• Supports procurement of commercial goods and professional services and processes purchase orders.
• Assists with monitoring costs and vendor performance to ensure timely receipt.
• Coordinates procurement activities with other departments and drives process improvements.
