Job summary

FHI 360 seeks a procurement professional to support the acquisition of commercial goods and services for our programs in the United States. You will create and process purchase orders, monitor costs and vendor performance, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while coordinating with other departments.

You will contribute to process improvements for efficiency and sustainability, manage supplier relations, and help train staff on procurement tools and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
• Procurement-related certification (CPSM or APICS) preferred.
• Experience with procurement systems and process automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, maintains, and reviews procurement files and price lists.
• Assists in developing bid specifications for RFx processes.
• Reviews requisitions and vendor proposals for accuracy and specifications.
