Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, People Partnering to act as a strategic advisor for global corporate functions, shaping HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

You will lead talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, culture, and change initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to enhance engagement, equity, and performance across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a global HR role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strong experience in talent management, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
• Expertise in handling complex employee relations, compensation frameworks, and organizational development initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with the ability to guide and coach senior leaders.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience leading change management initiatives at a global scale.
• Professional HR Certification desired (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Support the development and execution of long-term HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Talent Strategy, Succession Planning & Workforce Planning: Drive the corporate talent strategy and oversee workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Employee Experience & Culture Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture and coach managers on handling challenging situations.
• Compensation & Rewards Strategy: Partner with total rewards to develop market-competitive compensation frameworks.
• Organizational Development & Change Management: Design and implement strategic programs for development and readiness.
• People Analytics & Insights: Use data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR functions on global initiatives related to compensation, diversity, governance, and performance.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Lead evaluation of HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
