Job summary

A-LIGN is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state US payrolls and assist with international payrolls, including Bulgaria, Ireland, India, Panama, and UK. You will perform benefit audits, payroll journal entries, and reconciliations to uphold financial integrity.

The role reports to the Accounting Manager and requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely payments and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years payroll experience in US multi-state environments.
• CPP certification preferred or similar credential.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for US operations.
• Assist with international payrolls (Bulgaria, Ireland, India, Panama, UK).
• Conduct regular audits of financial data for US payrolls.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely payments and compliance.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support annual audits and regulatory reviews.
