Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years payroll experience
• 2+ years with UKG or similar payroll systems

Responsibilities

• Organize payroll processes for multiple jurisdictions
• Reconcile payroll records and manage vendor relationships
• Interpret and apply pay policies and government regulations
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation across regions
• Maintain employee master files and process hires/terminations/adjustments
• Administer taxes, Social Security, and other statutory requirements
• Support internal and external payroll audits
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues
