This hybrid role (after 90 days) supports domestic and international payroll, ensures accuracy, maintains records, and collaborates with HR, IT, and vendors to uphold security and compliance.

You will handle tax reporting, W-2 processing, and year-end tasks while maintaining confidentiality and delivering timely payroll services.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of payroll experience (UKG a plus).
• Skills: Knowledge of payroll tax requirements, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile W-2 information.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure security and controls.
• Respond to inquiries and support audits and reports.
