Wiz is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Partner Solutions Architecture to direct and scale strategy for driving technical excellence across our global partner network.

reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions Architecture, you will collaborate with Global GSI leaders and align with Sales, Product, and Partner orgs globally. You’ll lead a globally distributed team enabling GSIs to scope, solution, and deliver cloud security services built on Wiz’s platform.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Partner Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar in a global SaaS/cloud security org.
• 5+ years coaching and managing globally distributed technical teams.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with C-level audiences.
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, CSPs, regional SIs, VARs, MSPs).
• Strong technical leadership balancing management with hands-on engagement.
• Cloud security competency across AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, IAM, containers, CSPM/CNAPP.
• Operational experience deploying programs and driving accountability with metrics.
• Global mindset with experience across geographies and cultures.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead a global Partner Solutions Architecture team.
• Maintain hands-on technical engagement and stay current with product features for cloud security.
• Engage with senior leaders, GSI, and CSP partner sales leaders to drive joint business success.
• Develop enablement programs to educate partners to scope, sell, and deliver solutions.
• Strategic GTM insertion with sales to integrate our platform into partner go-to-market points.
• Ensure service quality and consistency via best practices and technical frameworks.
• Set performance expectations and drive operational efficiency with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering to share best practices and accelerate product feedback.
