Job summary

Amazon Tempe is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end packaging marketing supply chain planning and execution.

You will drive forecasting, production, delivery, and inventory management from suppliers to fulfillment centers, collaborating with XCM, CPEX, and category teams to scale this media channel globally. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of packaging marketing initiatives with operations and XCM partners
• Oversee the adoption and improvement of standard work
• Implement measurement controls (metrics and reports) for packaging marketing initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
• Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth and scalability of the business
• Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers
• Manage new and existing programs, delivering difficult projects across multiple organizations
• Work directly with operations leaders, support leaders, and third party vendors to design and deliver scalable solutions
• Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and milestones
• Own program communication; accelerate progress by driving decisions, removing barriers
• Influence design and development of strategic processes
• Work with leaders to communicate critical business initiatives
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs
• Engage other Amazon business units to share best practices
• Manage post-launch support plans and improve program quality and operational excellence
