Amazon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager in Tempe to build and run end-to-end forecast and S&OP processes, drive data-driven improvements, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams. This role covers input validation, plan publication, and operational efficiency across North America fulfillment networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables, VLookup at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop (as an individual contributor) a new process to streamline forecast consumption, transformation and explain-ability.
• Manage advanced visualization solutions to allow business and tech stakeholders to deep dive and understand the teams forecasts.
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Successfully operate and influence in a cross-functional capacity
• Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end to end customer experience
• Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
