Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of process-improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements with data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish category sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional sourcing teams, negotiate contracts to optimize Amazon’s position.
• Drive relationships with category suppliers to meet business goals with cost stewardship and continuous improvement.
• Manage category suppliers to identify, monitor and optimize opportunities.
• As market intelligence provider, anticipate opportunities and inform stakeholders.
• Drive supplier relationship management to mitigate risk and improve performance.
• Identify and report savings targets for category sourcing activities.
• Align with internal customers to understand business applications of the category.
