Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior COE Project Manager, Packaging & Labeling to drive labeling and packaging initiatives across global teams. You will define detailed project plans, budgets, dashboards, and ROI analyses, while coaching cross-functional colleagues and leading without direct reports.

Experience in medical device labeling and packaging, Lean Sigma, and PMP certification will help you deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and with measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Packaging and/or Labeling, Project Management or related field.
• 8+ years leading large-scale cross-functional projects in life sciences.
• Experience in labeling, packaging, and PDP processes for medical devices.
• PMP certification preferred; Black Belt/Master Black Belt in Lean Sigma preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% and work across global sites.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and maintain project plans, budgets, dashboards, and ROI analyses.
• Lead cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Coach COE team and ensure adherence to lean sigma and PMP practices.
• Present status to management and steering committees.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.
