Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an IT security professional to provide operational support for the global IP LAN/WAN infrastructure, focusing on firewall and Zscaler platforms across 170+ locations and 3 contact centers.

You will help oversee security policies, configure best practices for enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access, and manage incidents via ITSM processes. Strong troubleshooting and MSP coordination are required, with additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support of Reyes Holdings global IP LAN/WAN infrastructure, focusing on network security systems for 170+ locations and 3 major contact centers
• Oversee security policies and best-practice configurations of enterprise firewalls, VPNs, web protocols, and secure remote access technologies
• Troubleshoot and process network and firewall tickets from Tier 1/2, escalate as needed, and assign to appropriate teams
• Firewall support: analyze firewall logs, validate changes for policy compliance, and serve as escalation contact for firewall MSPs
• Participate in ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change control
• Recognize, identify, and prioritize incidents based on client requirements and policy impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned
