Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Network Security Specialist to support its global IP LAN/WAN infrastructures, focusing on firewalls and Zscaler across 170+ locations and three contact centers.

You will ensure secure configurations, troubleshoot incidents, and drive incident management in alignment with Reyes policy. The role involves evaluating firewall logs, validating changes, and acting as escalation contact for firewall MSPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7–9+ years of specific experience.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Reyes Holdings global IP LAN/WAN IP infrastructures including security systems (firewalls, Zscaler) for 170+ locations and 3 major contact centers.
• Oversee security policies and best-practice configurations of enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and web protocols; ensure secure remote access.
• Troubleshoot and process network and firewall tickets from Tier 1/2 and escalated incidents; categorize issues and assign to appropriate teams.
• Evaluate firewall data logs to assess solution effectiveness; validate changes per security policy; serve as escalation contact for firewall MSP issues.
• Participate in ITSM processes (incident, problem, change control) and prioritize incidents per business impact.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage incidents per customer business needs and policies.
• Assist with other projects or duties as assigned.
