Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Senior Network Services Specialist to maintain a highly technical inter-networking environment with 24x7 operations. You will design and administer enterprise firewall platforms, support secure B2B connectivity, and maintain Zscaler environments.

You will mentor junior staff, plan procurement, and develop standard data security procedures while driving projects and documentation. Minimal travel may be required, and compensation reflects enterprise-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in large enterprise LAN/WAN and voice networks.
• 2-year degree (technical IT) or 4-year CS preferred.
• Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and firewall technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise firewall platforms.
• Design and support secure B2B connectivity for customers, vendors, and partners.
• Engineer and support secure remote access for employees, contractors, and external partners.
• Administer and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Support enterprise security architecture and infrastructure security initiatives.
• Develop standardized troubleshooting methodologies for timely issue resolution.
• Plan, develop, and lead systems-related projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and standards.
