Job summary

You will work with on-site technicians, coordinate hardware deployments, and manage data center migrations and upgrades. The role requires hands-on hardware experience in a NOC environment and strong Linux/server administration skills.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on hardware experience in a NOC environment.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in large-scale data centers.
• Understanding of Linux system and server administration.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and repairing servers, storage systems, routers, switches, and other hardware.
• Installing hardware, cabling, firmware, and software on-site and remotely.
• Managing hardware decommission projects, including hardware disposal and data destruction.
• Shipping and receiving networking equipment to maintain network availability and reliability.
• Performing project work for data center migrations and hardware platform upgrades.
• Coordinating data center deployments from hardware requests to rack design.
