Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose seeks a Senior Manager, Global Marketing & Communications to lead our worldwide marcomm function. You will shape brand, demand generation, and market development strategies while managing budgets and agency partnerships.

This role partners with Commercial, Product Management, Strategy, HR, and leadership to expand awareness and customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in B2B marketing, experience leading teams, and a proven ability to influence senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in B2B marketing, communications, product marketing, or related strategy.
• Experience leading marketing teams and developing talent.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, specialty materials, filtration, engineered products, or related B2B industries preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and execute complex initiatives.
• Experience managing agencies and marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and lead management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain the marcomm team.
• Create and maintain global marcomm vision and plans, priorities, processes, and rhythm.
• Own brand strategy and approve branding initiatives.
• Set marcomm strategy for product families with ROI targets.
• Oversee external channels (website, social, email, ads) and global events.
• Own marcomm budget and ROI optimization.
• Prioritize marketing requests to maximize value and service levels.
• Oversee external-facing corporate communications and events.
• Manage agency relationships and external resources.
• Define marcomm KPIs and report impact to leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to commercial leadership on marketing and branding strategies.
