Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, communications, product marketing, or commercial strategy.
• Experience leading marketing teams and developing talent.
• Experience within industrial manufacturing, specialty materials, filtration, engineered products, or related B2B industries preferred.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and execute complex initiatives.
• Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets with accountability for ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marcomm team, including direct management of key roles.
• Define and execute global marcomm strategy and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Own brand strategy and external communications, including press and events.
• Set lead generation strategy and ROI targets to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product Management, Strategy, IT, and HR to align plans and deliver results.
