Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose seeks a Senior Manager, Global Marketing & Communications to lead the global marcomm function and shape the brand strategy. You will work with Commercial, Product Management, Strategy, HR, and business leaders to expand awareness and market presence.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can set direction and drive execution in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in B2B marketing or related areas.
Experience leading marketing teams and developing talent.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and execute complex initiatives.
CRM, marketing automation, and lead management experience.
Experience managing agency relationships and budgets with ROI accountability.
Public relations or corporate communications experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, develop, and retain the marcomm team and build growth capabilities.
Create and maintain global marcomm vision and long-range plans.
Own brand strategy and branding initiatives to position H&V as a leader.
Set marcomm strategy for key product families and lead generation ROI targets.
Oversee external channels and global marketing events with successful execution.
Own marcomm budgets and prioritize work to maximize ROI.
Prioritize marketing requests from Sales, Product Management, and Regions.
Lead corporate messaging, press relations, and external events.
Own agency partnerships and marketing technology strategy.
Define KPIs and report marketing impact to leadership.
Advise commercial leadership on marketing and stakeholder engagement.
Influence across teams to drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
