Job summary

WEBTOON Entertainment is seeking a senior corporate development professional to drive inorganic growth through M&A and new business opportunities. You will work with global leaders to source, evaluate, and execute deals, building rigorous financial models and presenting strategic rationale to executives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in M&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across time zones, including entertainment industry experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of M&A experience in finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling and deal execution skills.
• Excellent English communications; ability to present to executives.
• BA or MBA preferred; willingness to work across time zones.
• Experience in entertainment/media a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete strategic growth opportunities including M&A.
• Collaborate with leaders on market insights to support strategy.
• Lead or support deal processes from sourcing to execution.
• Build detailed financial and valuation models.
• Prepare executive-ready deal rationale presentations.
• Support due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, startups, investors.
• Assist in partnerships and new business initiatives.
