Fandom is seeking a Corporate Development Director to lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, partnering with the CFO/COO and senior leaders. You will drive deal sourcing, diligence, and execution while shaping strategy with the private equity investor, and manage cross-functional teams through integration and performance analysis.

You will build complex financial models, conduct industry analyses, and present findings to the board.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of investment banking experience
• 3+ years of corporate development or private equity experience
• Expertise in building financial and valuation models
• Experience with M&A transactions of varying sizes
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides skills
• Comfort with AI to build automated workflows and memos

• Collaborate with CFO/COO on deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and closing activities
• Support M&A integration efforts
• Analyze industry trends to identify acquisition targets
• Develop industry landscapes and competitive analyses for exec reviews
• Direct diligence efforts between internal and external teams
• Prepare diligence data and board presentations
• Manage data room and distribute materials to parties
• Build financial models and forecasts for targets and budgets
• Create multiple scenarios from limited information
• Translate new business models into operating financial models
