Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and complete strategic growth opportunities, including M&A and new business development
- Collaborate with leaders across functions on market insights to support strategy and M&A activity
- Lead or support deal process from sourcing to execution
- Construct detailed financial and valuation models
- Prepare executive-ready presentations that articulate deal rationale
- Participate in due diligence including post-merger integration
- Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, startups, and investors
- Support adjacent areas such as strategic partnerships and new initiatives
