Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Senior Supply Chain Leader for its Greenville, OH warehousing and distribution operations. You will manage global logistics, trade compliance, and international order fulfillment from a high-volume facility, reporting to the Plant Senior Director.

Responsibilities include safety, continuous improvement, inventory control, vendor relations, and leadership development across the Trade and Environment teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• APICS Certification is a plus.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain, with focus on Logistics and Distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with plant and warehouse safety procedures and training.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehousing, distribution, transportation, and trade compliance.
• Own handling, storage and distribution to end consumer; manage high-volume global shipping.
• Design and implement global distribution strategies for international markets.
• Manage inventory for Domestic, International and D2C customers.
• Understand import/export requirements, U.S. customs and USMCA; manage brokers.
• Lead Trade & Environment compliance team and ensure C-TPAT standards.
• Develop logistics strategy aligned to 5-year objectives; track KPIs.
• Negotiate rates with carriers; manage 3PL partnerships and service metrics.
• Coach leaders and collaborate with plant management across functions.
