Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree with plans to graduate before or by May 2029
• Current cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
• Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Integrated Supply Management, Applied Engineering Sciences, Business Administration, or Finance
• Must have indefinite US work authorization. Applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for this program. Whirlpool will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within Inventory Management such as SKU analysis, dashboard performance or data validation.
• Manage projects within Inbound or Outbound Transportation such as carrier selection & routing strategy.
• Coordinate with business partners across functions, from Procurement and Manufacturing to Sales and Marketing.
• Be part of the production planning team and learn SOPs and production planning processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps for inventory control systems and drive improvements.
