Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean/air freight operations (import/export/drayage preferred).
• Business-level English communication skills (email/phone).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations across Ocean Import, Ocean Export, US Drayage, and Air Freight.
• Coordinate with carriers, forwarders, and drayage vendors; ensure timely communication with customers.
• Review shipping documents (S/O, B/L) and support export customs clearance.
• Verify vendor rates and invoices; manage billing and settlements; handle freight claims.
