Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of logistics and transportation experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customs.
• Ability to travel overseas and domestically.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks for project schedules and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track in-transit raw material inventory from overseas to factory arrival.
• Track, operate, and monitor raw materials in different transportation modes (truck, rail, sea, air).
• Process all import transport orders and daily transport plans.
• Create and share shipping reports and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and manage raw material procurement and shipment from origin.
• Set transportation KPIs and track performances monthly.
• Communicate with forwarders and truck carriers.
