• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise-wide internal communications on compliance, risk, and ethics.
• Senior-level copywriting and content writing with an enterprise portfolio.
• Experience influencing mindsets and behaviors at scale across a global workforce.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deliverables-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Define an overarching engagement strategy with marketing, events, campaigns, and activations in partnership with the learning and development team.
• Execute the defined engagement strategy effectively.
• Collaborate with L&D on briefs and feedback, offering informed recommendations and revisions.
• Craft clear, compelling copy for articles, internal social posts, emails, and training materials.
• Render complex legal/compliance concepts accessible to a company-wide audience.
• Adapt voice and tone to suit target audiences and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners on deliverables and set standards for consistency.
• Edit and proofread copy and source supporting content.
• Support measurement plans with learning analytics partners and apply insights to future content development.
