Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Senior Learning Communications Strategist to advance an engagement strategy across marketing events and activations that support key risk areas. This remote role partners with the Regulatory, Risk and Ethics Learning team to translate complex compliance concepts into clear, audience-ready language for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering internal communications for enterprise-wide compliance, risk and ethics learning.
• Senior-level copywriting with a portfolio across enterprise campaigns and communications.
• Experience writing for multiple modalities to influence a global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Define an overarching engagement strategy across marketing, events and activations in partnership with the Learning team.
• Execute against the defined engagement strategy with high attention to detail.
• Write clear, compelling copy across articles, Workplace posts, email campaigns, training deployments and event materials.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver on large and small scale communications.
• Support measurement plans with Learning Analytics & Measurement partners.
