Job summary

Novanta Corporation in the United States (Advanced Surgery unit) seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to lead global OEM relationships and drive strategic growth in healthcare technology.

You will own key customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate high-value contracts, and develop plans that identify customer pain points and opportunities. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring travel and collaboration across Product management, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years in strategic account management, sales, or related roles.
• Proven track record managing large global accounts with executive relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience leading high-value contracts.
• English proficiency CEFR-B2 or higher; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship of global strategic OEM accounts.
• Build relationships across customer functions and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate customer communication (forecast, orders, complaints).
• Create and implement a strategic account development plan.
• Forecast and funnel management; identify new opportunities.
• Lead price maintenance and high-value contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Product management and engineering for custom OEM products.
• Work with Director of Corporate Account to ensure unified account management.
